Do you want to be part of a team that helps drive growth for UiPath? Become a Field Marketing intern on the Demand Generation Marketing team!
The Demand Gen Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing integrated demand generation marketing strategies to target prospects and existing accounts in the Americas. The team focuses on new logos and expansion, as well as one-to-one Account Based Marketing and one to few programs. This role is an excellent way to get hands on experience in many aspects of marketing and sales, given you will interact with the Demand Gen / Field marketing team in addition to product marketing, sales, brand, PR, and marketing operations.
We seek an outgoing individual who enjoys solving problems and learning new tools and approaches. This is a roll up your sleeves job that will require thinking and doing.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Support the marketing team to plan and execute field marketing activities to generate demand. This may include live events, webinars, web and social media campaigns, multi-channel campaigns, operations, and analysis.
- Track performance of campaigns and activities and make recommendations to improve based upon review of campaign and activity approaches and tactics.
- Develop templates and strategies for internal communication of marketing team successes and marketing activities for the sales team to leverage for customers and prospects.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Currently a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing or with a demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in marketing—prior internship experience in marketing or communications is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – and willingness to improves skills for the role.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong partnerships within and across teams.
- Adaptable, self-starter, problem solver.
- Strong project management skills, time management, and ability to work with many different functional roles in a fast-paced environment
