Your Mission
We are looking for someone self-motivated, highly analytical, data-driven, and with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You will contribute to the success of UiPath’s AMER Go-To-Market Organization by helping drive Revenue Operations excellence in the following ways:
- Strategize - Identify opportunities to increase productivity and improve operational efficiency across all UiPath’s commercial lines of business
- Experiment - synthesize big data and present actionable insights that can be converted to data-driven solutions
- Optimize - Design, document, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize revenue and elevate our go-to-market execution teams
- Analyze - Build models to evaluate the economics, value and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives intended to develop and retain our customers
- Influence - Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Sales Technologies, Compensation, and Finance
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Provide operational support for the AMER Customer Success team, including management of priority programs and initiatives, design and execution of the CS compensation plan, facilitation of systems changes in line with team requirements, interlock with Enablement on the needs of CS, and development of reporting to provide strategic business insights to leadership
- Assist the AMER CS VP in developing and operationalizing strategy for our post-sales approach and methodology, in line with broader AMER goals
- Provide operational support AMER partner teams and programs
- Contribute to AMER and global process and workflow improvement projects that promote efficiencies within our revenue processes, working cross-functionally with other teams across Operations & Enablement, GTM, Finance, Product, and Marketing
- Develop executive-level presentations that analyze business activities and achievements
- Work in key revenue process applications including but not limited to SFDC, PowerBI, and Clari
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, revenue/sales/customer success operations, or related fields
- Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly-growing enterprise strongly preferred
- Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint required
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data and yet ability to see “the big picture”
- Superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
