In this onsite role, you will report to our Operations Enablement Team Lead and will be based in Phoenix, Los Angeles or San Francisco.
You Will
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for infrastructure capacity, scalability, and performance.
- Define and manage operational requirements for infrastructure and related
- Lead projects that empower efficient operations through process improvements, and knowledge sharing.
- Resolve complex technical and operational issues for long-term resolution
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and operational readiness
You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in program management or a related field.
- Experience leading and inspiring teams, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with operational processes and best practices
- Capability to quickly identify causes, proposing solutions, and making data-driven decisions.
We Prefer
- A Master's degree in Business Operations, Industrial engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the autonomous vehicle sector, encompassing an understanding of the unique technological, regulatory, and operational challenges.
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, demonstrating expertise in planning, execution, and delivery.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams,
- Adept at using analytical tools and methodologies
The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
