Your Mission
The Solutions Consultant will focus on partnering with the Account Executive to generate revenue with technical ownership of the opportunity pursuits throughout the sales cycle.
You, as a Solution Consultant, must possess a winning combination of business and technical skills, with the ability to present and demonstrate our solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences while building strong relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.
This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and will eventually require some travel.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Proactively support end-to-end sales activities and create strong value propositions.
- Undertake thorough analysis of our customers business requirements to identify potential opportunities.
- Demonstrate ability to transform strategic business challenges to UiPath capabilities.
- Articulate high level solutions to fit client needs and environment during a deal process.
- Learn the benefits of new and exciting technologies and how to integrate with UiPath.
- Drive end-user adoption of UiPath products through events, seminars, webinars, technical training, and other activities as appropriate.
- Work closely with the Customer delivery leads and Professional Services teams to make solutions a reality for the customer.
- Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs, speaking in UiPath marketing events/webinars and other industry events.
- Contribute to clients’ business objectives by offering an industry-relevant perspective on markets and industries.
- Lead technical engagements across the sales process.
- Be able to work on multiple opportunities and understand how to prioritize.
- Keep up to date with technology, industry changes and changes to the Presales community.

What You'll Bring To The Team
- Experience in a customer-facing, account management or strategic consulting organization.
- Technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies.
- Results-oriented and outcome-based mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
- Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory. Arabic language is advantageous.
- Previous experience working with UiPath, or another automation platforms is an advantage.
- Previous experience working on Test Automation tools is an advantage.
