I am an innovative, action focused, strategic senior people HR leader with exceptional expertise in employee relations, employment law and employment compliance with 20+ years expansive experience in HR management. Most recently, I have been the Director People Operations, and the most senior HR leader in a high growth, fast paced Nuclear Energy start-up. I built, led and and developed a team of HR partners to support all people operations functions. I am very comfortable pivoting to support changing business demands, and working in an ambiguous environment. I am confident that my expertise in devising and executing scaling innovative solutions will enhance employee experiences, and result in a strong partnership with leadership.
