In my most recent role as Program Manager – Product & Technology at Charter Communications, I managed technical aspects for cross-functional Engineering and Architectural Development teams in delivering IT transformation initiatives, such as cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, augmentation with GenAI/LLM/BigData for the P&T organization and their product service enhancements. This included developing new services for internal teams based on business requirements and/or bugs and defects.
I aligned multiple IT and business leader initiatives and various business development activities using Scaled Agile (SAFe). I established and supervised the intake management process for our IT service delivery platforms organization, ensuring structured enhancements across multiple application domains. My responsibilities included aligning business needs with IT development efforts and managing strategic reporting and risk management to achieve successful outcomes.
