About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Solutions Architect with a primary focus on Payor Integrations. In this role, you will drive successful product integrations with payor organizations while also supporting opportunities with providers and digital health companies. You will collaborate closely with our clients’ technical and operational teams to facilitate smooth implementation processes and ensure our solutions are optimally utilized in diverse payor environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical aspects of payor engagements during pre-sales and post-sales cycles, ensuring a seamless, tailored experience for each client.
Serve as the primary technical resource for payor organizations, educating them on features, functionalities, and use cases most relevant to their business needs.
Provide expert guidance in areas such as claims processing, coverage determinations, population health initiatives, and other core payor workflows.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, AI, clinical, and sales) to drive successful outcomes and product enhancements that address payor-specific requirements.
Develop tooling and playbooks to streamline and automate key pre-sales activities for payor clients, improving efficiency and scalability across multiple engagements.
Navigate complex topics such as data integrations (EHR, CRM, ERP), product configuration, and interoperability standards, ensuring payor use cases are addressed effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in healthcare implementation or product management.
5+ years of experience integrating with enterprise EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.).
Familiarity with healthcare data and interoperability standards (such as FHIR, HL7v2, etc.).
Experience in hospital operations (ambulatory or home health) and/or population health systems is highly valuable.
Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver exemplary product support, especially in payor contexts (e.g., claims management, coverage, member engagement).
Demonstrated proficiency in translating external stakeholder needs into internal product requirements.
