About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our growth marketing efforts across Claude models and products. As a foundational member of the team, you'll establish our digital marketing strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive measurable growth across existing channels while validating and scaling new channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution skills, bringing deep B2C and B2B expertise to help us drive rapid growth in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, hire, and develop high-performing teams across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, content, SEO, influencer marketing, affiliates, and other growth initiatives
- Define and execute our foundational growth marketing strategy, driving top of funnel acquisition with positive ROI while growing consumer mindshare and brand awareness
- Test new channels to validate potential for significant growth, and scale validated channels into mature acquisition motions
- Lead execution of rapid experimentation and A/B testing across channels to continuously enhance performance and results
- Establish and scale our attribution model, marketing technology stack, and automation infrastructure
- Partner with product, engineering and design teams to execute on shared opportunities and maintain a seamless user experience
- Own the user acquisition journey end-to-end across our web and app surfaces, creating a holistic experience that delights users at every step
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have 10+ years of digital marketing experience, building a growth marketing function from the ground up inside of high-growth B2C and B2B software companies. This includes leading growth marketing for B2B software products with a strong PLG motion
- Developed and scaled a high-performing team of digital and growth marketers. Comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner in a fast-paced environment
- Have a track record of successfully scaling channels, with deep experience across a portfolio of channels including paid search, paid social, content, mobile, SEO, lifecycle, influencer, affiliate, and others
- Have strong proficiency in leveraging data for decision making, while being fluent in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and advanced attribution and measurement methodologies
- Possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders
