About the Role:
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will design, implement, and scale revenue operations processes and systems to support Hippocratic AI’s next growth stage. You will collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and BI Operations teams to ensure seamless operations that drive business success.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute SOPs for revenue operations, including:
Customer onboarding from a billing perspective.
Consolidating and tracking contractual obligations.
Preparing and issuing invoices.
Leading collections efforts.
Managing revenue recognition processes.
Own sales tax registration and compliance across all jurisdictions.
Draft revenue recognition memos and ensure adherence to GAAP standards.
Build strong working relationships with Sales, CS, Legal, and BI Operations to align goals and improve workflows.
Develop scalable processes for billing and revenue recognition to support company growth
Qualifications
Must-Have:
5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Accounts Receivable roles, preferably in big B2B SaaS companies.
Strong knowledge of GAAP standards for revenue recognition.
Proficiency in enterprise-grade B2B billing, revenue recognition, and contract management tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot).
Experience managing sales tax compliance across jurisdictions (e.g., Avalara, Anrok).
Proven ability to create and execute SOPs for billing, revenue recognition, and collections.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to work autonomously.
Nice-to-Have:
CPA certification.
Experience drafting detailed revenue recognition memos.
Familiarity with accounting tools like QuickBooks and NetSuite.
Prior experience working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Legal, and BI Operations teams.
Agile mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
