Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in marketing and is eager to learn the ins and outs of event management, customer engagement, and tactical event execution. You’ll assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
What You’ll Do
Support the planning and execution of field marketing events, such as customer events, conferences, webinars, and regional campaigns, to showcase Harvey’s solutions to legal professionals.
Coordinate and own logistics for events, including booking venues, managing registrations, shipping materials, event setup, RSVP lists, all “day-of” details, and event budgets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and post-event follow-up activities.
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content to support events and campaigns.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and event organizers to ensure seamless execution of field marketing initiatives.
What You Have
2-4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
A proactive mindset, resourceful attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
Experience working in the professional services sectors and high-touch clientele (lawyers, bankers, politicians, etc.) is a plus.
