GenAI is building out world class computer vision models and datasets. As part of this team, you will be focused on designing new computer vision algorithms capable of powering the next generation of generative models. You will work closely with other researchers to push forward novel research and develop new techniques for computer vision and generative image and video models.
Applied Research Scientist, Computer Vision Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of novel computer vision and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and research teams in computer vision, machine learning, and graphics to enable next-generation AI products based on cutting edge research
Minimum Qualifications:
- Research concentration in areas such as object detection, segmentation, and tracking 2D and 3D key point / pose estimation and surface reconstruction, depth estimation, generative methods such as GANs, photorealistic rendering
- Experience with modern deep learning frameworks such as pytorch.
- Proven track record delivering computer vision systems used in production applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industry experience in areas such as object detection, segmentation, and tracking 2D and 3D key point/pose estimation and surface reconstruction, depth estimation, generative methods, such as GANs, photorealistic rendering
- 3+ years of industry experience with deploying research ideas to production with neural networks (convolutional, recurrent, GANs) on large scale data
- Experience with optimizing model architectures and algorithms for CPU/GPU, mobile, and other types of specialized hardware
