The Role
We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Marketing to create and oversee marketing programs that identify new business opportunities, drive incremental revenue and grow existing client and leased business. The Manager, Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that support operational objectives and enhance customer engagement. Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, this person will work cross-functionally with field operations, operations, marketing, and customers to ensure the success of targeted marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Create and oversee the creation of B2B and B2C marketing programs that support parking promotion and driving revenue
- Work with field operations to develop programs that support operational and business objectives
- Lead marketing campaign development, including program objectives, integration of messaging, and identification of vehicles and channels
- Work with facility and regional managers to identify challenges, opportunities, and develop programs to drive traffic and revenue to client and leased locations
- Support business outreach programs in partnership with field operations
- Collaborate with greater marketing on the implementation of centrally managed marketing programs including website promotions, paid search, geofencing display advertising, email, social media and partnership marketing
- Manage local marketing campaigns with third party advertising, agencies and vendors
- Develop and optimize online sales strategies, enhancing e-commerce capabilities, SEO, and paid search to drive city-specific growth.
- Develop tailored market content for RFP responses and perform market analysis
- Act as subject matter expert and ensure best practices by staging abreast of latest innovations and subsequent revenue generating opportunities
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of work experience in interactive marketing
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing (SEO, paid search, geofencing display advertising, email marketing, social media)
- Ability to think strategically and identify new revenue-generating opportunities
- Experience communicating with large, distributed workforces, including field-based teams
- Working knowledge of marketing program analytics software including Google Analytics and Google Adwords
- Marketing program management experience preferred
