About the role
As an Account Manager at The Rundown University, you'll be the primary point of contact for our enterprise clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their investment in AI education. You'll develop deep relationships with key stakeholders at large organizations, proactively check in on their progress, troubleshoot any challenges, and understand the deepest problems in their organizations, which you will then work directly with our educators on to create solutions to solve them. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, collect valuable feedback to improve our offerings, and strategically identify upsell opportunities for additional services that align with client goals.
We're a scrappy, fast-paced team (we live and breathe in Slack + Loom) and work with an AI-first mentality, meaning we are constantly seeking out ways to leverage AI tools and systems into operations and our daily workflows.
The position is contracted, completely remote, offers competitive compensation, and provides significant growth opportunities.
Our ideal candidate
- Has proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise software environments.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
- Is proactive and attentive to client needs, anticipating potential issues before they arise and providing solutions.
- Has a consultative approach to account management, focusing on client success rather than just transactional relationships.
- Possesses strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Is comfortable with data analysis to track client engagement, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Has experience or interest in AI technologies and can articulate their business value to diverse stakeholders.
- Is adept at identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with sales teams on upselling strategies.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and is curious about leveraging AI tools to streamline operations and workflows.
