Dataiku is seeking a talented and motivated Senior People Systems Analyst to join our People System team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the organization with systems-related inquiries and enhancements, as well as leading projects cross functional projects. This role works very closely with all levels of the company and must have prior Workday HCM configuration experience and deep Workday Advanced Compensation knowledge.
This role is 100% remote working East Coast hours in the US with the option to work at any of our US offices.
What you’ll do:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in the ticketing system with a strong customer service approach
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, Legal and more to gather system requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
- Assist in the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday
- Configure, test, validate and implement changes in Workday
- Create and maintain the documentation of procedures and processes
- Support with Workday releases and stay up to date on the latest trends in HR technology
Who you are:
- 6+ years of experience with Workday HCM including business processes, reporting, security, and general system administration
- Expertise in additional Workday functional areas: Advanced Compensation (required), Time & Absence, Talent & Performance, etc
- Possess a solid understanding of custom reports, calculated fields, and EIBs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in a globally diverse organization
Nice-to-haves:
- Workday payroll experience
- Workday certifications
- Experience managing and troubleshooting Workday integrations (XLSTs, Core Connectors, Studio, etc)
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
