YOUR MISSION:
As our US Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/d) at Parloa, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our US team while fostering a collaborative and high-performance company culture. Working closely with another talented TA partner onsite, you’ll oversee the entire recruitment process—from crafting compelling job descriptions to successfully onboarding top-tier candidates.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Commercial and G&A roles, from job description creation to successful candidate onboarding.
- Proactively source, engage, interview, and assess Commercial candidates, focusing on US candidates with expertise in complex B2B SaaS backgrounds, Scale-Ups, and niche roles.
- Foster effective collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in commercial roles to ensure candidates meet our requirements.
- Adapt recruitment strategies to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment.
- Utilize Greenhouse for streamlined scheduling and as a foundation for data-driven recruiting, enabling the creation of meaningful insights presented to hiring managers.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- More than 4 years of experience in end-to-end commercial recruitment, focusing on sourcing and attracting top talent in the US market.
- Strong sourcing skills and creative hiring strategies experience.
- Draw from your experience in recruiting for tech scale-ups from 150 employees onwards.
- Advocate the importance of building a great team.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels, including proven experience in training and supporting hiring managers in the interviewing and selection process.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse or comparable tools.
- English as a first language.
- A passion for continuous learning, staying updated with industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Knowledge of the TA Operations processes would be a plus.
