YOUR MISSION:
As a Working Student Customer Success (f/m/d) at Parloa, you will support our Customer Success colleagues in their daily tasks - preparation and follow-up of customer meetings, development and testing of voice and chatbots, documentation, etc. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility and help us turn our customers into true Parloa champions.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Provide technical support to colleagues and customers in the creation of bots in Parloa.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for consulting and support.
- Collaborate with product, solution engineering, and development teams to gather customer feedback.
- Conduct testing and training sessions for customers' voice bots.
- Document processes and Parloa-specific knowledge for future reference.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Studying a business or IT-related course at a German university.
- Phenomenal interpersonal skills - you love working in a high-performing team
- Clear communication skills - you are able to communicate extremely precise and effective
- You are very detail-oriented in your work - as a lot of the success of our outbound activities rely on the data quality of your work
- You are coachable, passionate, curious and competitive (yet humble).
- Fluent in German (on a professional level) and English.
