YOUR MISSION:
As the Senior Partner Program Manager at Parloa, you will be responsible for developing and managing scalable partner programs that align with our global strategy. This role requires you to create a structured framework that can be applied across different partner types and regions, ensuring consistent guidance and support. You will identify opportunities for operational excellence within our partner ecosystem, focusing on initiatives that drive revenue growth through collaborative projects. You will be tasked with scoping cross-functional projects related to partnerships, managing the requirements, ensuring successful implementation and tracking success/progress on a day-to-day basis.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the internal understanding of the importance and mechanics of partnerships across the organization. Your efforts will contribute to the continuous improvement of our partner relationships and the overall effectiveness of our partnership strategy.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Own Global Partner Programs: Responsible for setting the strategy, defining the plan, engaging with stakeholders, establishing success metrics, and developing reporting and analytics to track and understand program success.
- Maintain and Track Tools and Processes: Oversee and manage tools and processes that support revenue and growth through partners, an example as the Partnerships Dashboard, Partner Engagement Tracking, and the Partner Lead Registration Process.
- Support Partner Communication: Facilitate communication with partners, including updates on new product or feature launches, program changes, events, and other information that supports growth through partnerships.
- Manage Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive and execute cross-functional initiatives that increase revenue/growth with and through partners, working with teams like Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Product to ensure successful project implementation and alignment.
- Facilitate Communication & Documentation: Own communication channels to partners and manage internal and external documentation, ensuring clear and effective communication.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- +7 years of experience in Partner Operations or Partner Programs Management in the SaaS industry, preferably in a strategic or management role.
- Strategic thinking skills based on market understanding and commercial opportunities
- Strong project management capabilities, with an emphasis on overseeing cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
- High Business aptitude in business strategy, operations, partner ecosystem management, or related fields (Technology and/or SaaS experience)
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and break down complex business problems
- Analytical ability; ability to develop conclusions by analyzing and distilling data across a variety of sources (Salesforce, Dashboards)
- Preferred experience working in a startup
- Preferred experience in OKR management and processes
