YOUR MISSION:
As Head Agent Architecture US you will work hand-in-glove with the U.S. CX team to spearhead and oversee Agent Architects in their implementation. You will also lay the foundation for prompt engineering, with industry best practices, provide expertise in simulations and evaluations, along with agent architecture and workflows. You should have a clear interest in prompt engineering and agents and keep up with the latest in AI.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Ideally 3 years of experience in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record of effectively leading and guiding prompt engineering teams.
- Deep experience in conversation design, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging and intuitive conversational experiences, reflecting a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
- Proven experience with Conversation Design Software as a Service (SaaS) products is required, including a comprehensive understanding of their features, capabilities, and application in creating effective conversational experiences.
- Experience working with Enterprise-level customers, requiring strong project management skills, and managing competing demands in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, tool invocations, and the integration of external knowledge sources, with an understanding of how APIs enhance agent functionality and performance.
- Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and best practices for prompting, including optimizing prompts to leverage RAG effectively for accurate and contextually relevant responses.
- A proactive awareness of the latest advancements in AI and prompt engineering, with a passion for staying at the forefront of industry trends, tools, and techniques.
- Fluency in English is essential, with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Spanish is a plus.
