Your mission
As a
Social Media Graphic Designer, you will help to bring our brand to life across digital channels. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling visual content that stands out in feeds, sparks engagement, and supports key campaigns across organic and paid platforms.
From static visuals and animated assets to carousels and short-form video content, you’ll transform strategic briefs into scroll-stopping creative with a fresh and out-of-the-box mindset. You'll collaborate closely with the social media and brand team to ensure visual consistency, campaign alignment, and creative excellence across everything we publish.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Design compelling static and motion graphics for social media and digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other platforms
- Translate complex concepts into visually engaging and brand-aligned creative assets
- Collaborate with the social media, branding, content, and digital marketing teams to develop campaign visuals that support product launches, events, community initiatives, and thought leadership
- In partnership with the Branding team, own and evolve the visual identity of UiPath social channels, ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries
- Create short-form animations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and quality control
- Stay ahead of visual trends and platform best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Contribute to brainstorms and creative ideation sessions across campaigns
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Proven experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B tech or fast-paced agency environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of static, animated, and motion design work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Express), Canva, Figma etc
- Video editing skills, with the ability to cut, edit, and produce short-form content optimized for social media
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, design innovation, and platform-first content
- Ability to turn briefs into polished, high-performing visuals with minimal oversight
- Deep understanding of social media formats, specs, and trends across platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take and apply feedback constructively
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
