YOUR MISSION:
We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Working Student (f/m/d)* to join our Marketing Operations team. You will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts – from building landing pages in Storyblok CMS, to crafting engaging emails in Hubspot, and driving AI-driven optimizations across our processes.If you’re passionate about marketing, curious about AI, and excited to work in a fast-paced tech environment, we’d love to hear from you!
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Website & CMS:
- Create, maintain, and optimize landing pages using Storyblok CMS
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure pages are user-friendly, visually appealing, and on-brand
- Email Marketing:
- Build and schedule marketing emails using Hubspot
- Support campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- AI & Process Optimization:
- Research and propose AI-driven enhancements to existing marketing processes
- Support implementation of tools and automation initiatives that boost team efficiency

Notion, Adobe, Hubspot, Asana
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- You are enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- You have a strong interest in digital marketing and AI technology
- You are a fast learner who is curious, proactive, and excited to try out new tools
- Experience with Storyblok, Hubspot, or other CMS/marketing automation tools is a big plus (but not a must)
- You are detail-oriented and have strong organizational and communication skills
- You speak and write fluent English and German (additional languages are a plus)
