Perplexity is looking for an experienced Enterprise Growth Product Manager to help transform the way knowledge workers collaborate and get work done.
You will envision and build product experiences that are trusted by the world’s largest enterprises and intuitive enough for small businesses to discover and adopt on their own. Your work will empower millions of users to do their best work through Perplexity.
You’ll collaborate closely with design and engineering across both our product and AI teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of core enterprise needs, including data governance, user management, and security. They also have experience driving product-led growth, enabling businesses to discover the product, onboard easily, and scale adoption across their organization.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities, and work with the broader enterprise team to create an innovative strategy and roadmap that accelerates growth for both downmarket and upmarket segments.
- Remove blockers for the world’s largest enterprises to confidently adopt and roll out Perplexity across their entire organization.
- Run rapid experiments with product-led growth levers to maximize user engagement and ARR growth.
- Maximize execution velocity by working closely with engineering, data, and design to align product vision with technical capabilities.
- Partner closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to optimize product positioning and support strategic deals.
- Bring conviction to difficult product and business decisions.
- Possess strong technical understanding of AI capabilities and API applications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience building enterprise products that meet the demands of the world’s largest organizations.
- Track record of rapidly running growth experiments in an enterprise setting.
- Experience in product management within small, fast-moving teams.
- Excitement for AI and familiarity with the AI and search landscape.
- Thrives in small, agile teams; takes initiative and embraces ownership.
- Experience with task automation and scalable systems.
- 4+ years of industry experience.
The cash compensation range for this role is $210,000 - $280,000.
Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.
