Finance Manager, AI Responsibilities:
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the AI organization
- Create partnerships and own relationships with the Leadership Team and their cross-functional partners
- Drive nuanced return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas
- Own day-to-day operational tasks related to budget management
- Help define and implement scalable financial processes
- Perform strategic and ad-hoc business analysis as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics
- BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent
- Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting
- Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and experience multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company
- Experience in data analytics, developing code, and/or forecasting (SQL, Python, R)
- Interest in data and technology and self-directing in highly ambiguous and strategic projects
