- Create and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking across multiple concurrent brand campaigns
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of brand marketing investments and initiatives
- Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that improve team productivity and campaign outcomes
You may be a good fit if you have:

- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in budget management, forecasting, and annual planning processes
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling operational processes from scratch in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience with marketing technology stacks, analytics platforms, and project management tools
- Background in brand marketing or consumer marketing, with understanding of campaign development and execution
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence without authority
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving with ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights
Strong candidates may also have:
- Previous experience at consumer brands or companies with strong brand focus
- Familiarity with marketing measurement and attribution methodologies
