A a program manager, you will lead our connection and belonging strategy, ensuring today’s programs operate with excellence and scale, while shaping what they become next.
You’ll co-create and drive a cohesive vision that strengthens how employees connect and belong—grounded in operational rigor, data-driven insights, and scalable design. Beyond ensuring consistency and quality across current efforts, you’ll identify opportunities to innovate, experiment, and expand impact globally. This role requires balancing strategic foresight with execution discipline, influencing cross-functional partners, and translating vision into programs that foster deep connection and belonging across the company.
The Impact You Will Have
- Lead at scale: Independently scope, plan, and execute programs that drive connection and belonging for thousands of employees, balancing immediate delivery with long-term strategy.

- Drive operational excellence: Build and embed scalable processes, toolkits, and playbooks that set standards others adopt across the company.

- Amplify connection channels: Partner with leaders and employee groups to strengthen inclusion and engagement, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Support compliance-related requests and changes: Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all programming meets policy, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
