Your mission
As part of the
Assisted Sales team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end renewal deals for a portfolio of low-value customer accounts. This is a high-volume, customer-facing role that requires agility, strong communication, and a deep understanding of UiPath’s products and commercial strategy.
You will drive deal execution, engage directly with customers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure renewals close smoothly and on time.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Own the full-cycle renewal process for a defined set of low-value accounts.
- Engage directly with customers to ensure clarity on renewal terms, timing, and value.
- Manage a high volume of active deals simultaneously, while meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Collaborate with account teams, legal, finance, and deal desk to remove blockers and drive timely closures.
- Proactively manage timelines and follow-ups to reduce churn risk and improve conversion.
- Ensure CRM systems and trackers are updated with deal status and documentation.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the renewal journey.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Familiarity with UiPath platform and GTM strategy.
- Good understanding of UiPath product offerings and commercial constructs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing engagement.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deals at various stages.
- Willingness to work flexibly across time zones to support global customers.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
We’d Love It If You Also Have
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Previous renewal sales or inside sales experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
- Familiarity with subscription models and license management processes.
