Role Overview
We are hiring a legal expert and business athlete to drive change management at our most strategic customer accounts. This role will define and execute change management programs that accelerate legal AI adoption, and also work closely with our strategy consulting partners to ensure clients successfully navigate their legal transformation journeys.
What You'll Do
Design and implement change management programs at strategic customer accounts, utilizing legal and AI subject matter expertise to address adoption challenges and drive organizational transformation.
Manage relationships with strategy consulting partners who support Harvey clients on legal AI transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment on methodologies, deliverables, and client outcomes.
Define the change management playbook and best practices based on insights from customer implementations, partner engagements, and your legal industry experience.
Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Product teams to identify change management needs and ensure seamless execution across the customer lifecycle.
Stand up new consulting partner programs and enablement initiatives, including partner training on Harvey's platform, joint go-to-market strategies, and co-delivery models.
Track and measure the effectiveness of change management interventions and partner engagements, driving continuous improvement and scaling successful approaches.
Identify gaps in change management strategy and partner ecosystem, developing solutions that accelerate client value realization and deepen strategic relationships.
What You Have
5-8+ years of experience in management consulting, change management, or strategy roles at top-tier firms (e.g., MBB, Big 4, or boutique strategy consultancies).
Proven track record of designing and leading large-scale organizational change and transformation programs, ideally within professional services, legal, or enterprise technology contexts.
Strong executive presence with experience managing complex partner ecosystems, including consulting firms, system integrators, or advisory organizations.
Deep expertise in change management methodologies with the ability to adapt frameworks to client-specific needs.
Experience working with or in the legal industry is a strong plus—understanding of law firm operations, legal department dynamics, or legal technology adoption challenges.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills—can build trust with C-suite executives, drive alignment across matrixed organizations, and navigate organizational politics with diplomacy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a bias toward action and results.
Compensation
$170,000 - $230,000 USD OTE with a 70/30 Split
