Why This Role Matters
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented AI Workforce Experience Associate to support the execution of complex Large Language Model (LLM) and multimodal annotation projects. As an AI Workforce Experience Associate, you will play a key role in keeping LLM and multimodal annotation projects on track while ensuring contractors remain productive and supported after onboarding.
This role bridges AI data operations and contractor success, helping resolve operational, technical, and payment-related issues that can impact delivery and quality. Your work will directly influence on-time delivery, data quality, and contractor experience—critical to scaling AI data pipelines for global enterprise clients.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of LLM, multimodal, and complex annotation tasks, ensuring clarity on guidelines, edge cases, priorities, and quality standards.
- Translate project requirements into clear, actionable task assignments for annotators and QAs.
- Assign, rebalance, and prioritize annotators and QAs based on skill fit, availability, urgency, and delivery risk.
- Drive daily execution by tracking task progress, monitoring throughput and queues, resolving blockers, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for annotators and QAs, managing task-related communication, clarifications, and execution alignment.
- Monitor operational performance and quality trends, identify workflow or QA risks (e.g., recurring error patterns or throughput drops), and recommend process improvements.
- Escalate risks, delays, and ambiguities to stakeholders with clear context, impact assessment, and mitigation proposals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on task status, quality outcomes, operational metrics, and key learnings.
- Manage and coordinate post-onboarding contractor operational issues, including platform access challenges, task visibility, workflow questions, and execution-related concerns.
- Forward and coordinate contractor technical or platform-related issues with relevant internal support or engineering teams, and track resolution.
- Handle contractor payment-related inquiries, including payment status checks, payout discrepancies, and invoice-related questions, by coordinating with finance and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of contractor issues to minimize disruption and maintain high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate logs of contractor issues, resolutions, and recurring patterns to support continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Support, QA, Finance, and Talent teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
- Contribute to improving SOPs, communication templates, internal documentation, and operational playbooks related to both AI data execution and contractor support.
- Help build a scalable, reliable, and contractor-friendly AI data operations environment supporting global enterprise clients.
What You Will Bring
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- English proficiency: C2 level (Proficient / Near-Native) required.
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Strong understanding of annotation workflows, especially for LLM, NLP, vision-language, or multimodal projects.
- High proficiency in task tracking using spreadsheets and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple task streams simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for operational gaps and execution risks.
- Experience with Slack, Discord, Jira, or similar collaboration/project tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with data annotation platforms and QA workflows.
- A basic understanding of LLM or multimodal AI concepts is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to scripting or automation (e.g. Python, Sheets formulas) is a plus.

Schedule and Shifts:
- Any 5 working days per week (rostered), which may include weekends based on operational requirements.
- Rotational shifts aligned with 24/7 operational requirements.
- Shifts will be assigned based on project needs and team rostering, with advance notice provided.
Salary: BDT 40,000 - 60,000 BDT (Based on Skills and Experience)
