About the Team
The Data as a Service (DaaS) organization at Snorkel is one of the company’s most critical growth engines. As DaaS enters a period of rapid growth and increasing complexity, the team requires strong operational leadership to ensure we execute reliably while making smart, differentiated bets in the market.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the GM of DaaS, this role is responsible for driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that ensure the DaaS business runs on time, operates with rigor, and scales effectively.
You will act as a thought partner and extension of the GM, owning core operating rhythms (e.g., WBRs), holding the pen or input to DaaS, GTM, and functional teams’ strategies, and stepping in as a general manager for some of Snorkel’s most important bets. This role will also temporarily own functions or problem spaces as the organization scales, helping to define structure, build clarity, and transition ownership as dedicated teams are stood up.
This is a highly visible, ambiguous, and influential role suited for a strong operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
About You
You are a proven operator with strong business judgment, analytical rigor, and a bias toward action. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving alignment across senior stakeholders, and owning outcomes end to end. You bring structure to complex problems, know how to prioritize ruthlessly when needed, and are energized by building and scaling businesses.
You are equally comfortable zooming out to define strategy and zooming in to unblock execution—and you are willing to roll up your sleeves to fill gaps when needed.
