Get to Know Us
Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find and fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero has been adopted by organizations of all sizes, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises. It is used by ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs and MSPs.
We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and formerly frustrated cybersecurity practitioners. We're committed to helping solve our common security problems: ineffective security tools, false positives resulting in alert fatigue, blind spots, "checkbox” security culture, cybersecurity skills shortage, and the long lead time and expense of hiring outside consultants. Collectively, we are a team of learn it alls, committed to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results.
Role Overview
Senior Product & Technical Enablement Manager is a foundational leader within our global enablement organization, responsible for building and scaling the technical product and value-engineering enablement engine that powers our Sales Engineers, CSMs, partners, and broader GTM teams.
This role sits at the unique intersection of product, technical depth, value articulation, and GTM execution. This is an intentionally broad, demanding, and high‑impact remit that requires you to operate as a senior leader and builder, not just a program coordinator. You will:
Own internal tech + product enablement for NodeZero and our broader platform
Design and run SE and CSM onboarding and ongoing technical enablement
Build and manage a Partner technical enablement and accreditation/certification program
Stand up and operationalize Value Engineering content, tools, and training
Own competitive research, guidance, and positioning, enabling the field to clearly differentiate Horizon3 and NodeZero versus legacy tools and emerging competitors
You will report to the Head of Global Enablement and work cross‑functionally with SE leadership, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, Field CTO, and Revenue Operations and other key teams across Horizon3.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
SE and CSM onboarding is structured, time‑bound, and measurably reduces time‑to‑productivity and time‑to-first confident customer conversation.
We have a repeatable partner tech accreditation program live, with partners certified and actively leveraging assets in deals.
A Value Engineering toolkit is launched and actively used in late‑stage opportunities and renewal/expansion motions.
Core tech/value enablement packages exist for our top 3–5 motions (e.g., CTEM, SOC 2 / compliance, cloud/AD, third‑party risk, federal) and are refreshed on a defined cadence.
GTM leaders can see a clear, data‑backed view of readiness across SEs, CSMs, and partners, and can correlate enablement with win‑rates and deal quality.
The field describes Product + Value Enablement as “the connective tissue” between Product, Attack Research, Marketing, SE/CS, and Sales.
Who You Are
You blend deep technical credibility (security / infra / SaaS platform/Pre-Sales) with the ability to communicate business value clearly to executives and technically-oriented stakeholders.
You have built or led technical enablement and/or value engineering programs in a high‑growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
You are obsessed with clarity, repeatability, and measurement and you turn ambiguity into structured programs with clear outcomes.
You are a learn‑it‑all: naturally curious about attacker TTPs, security frameworks, and how customers actually operate day‑to‑day.
You are comfortable working cross‑functionally and diagonally, from IC SEs to Product, PMM, and executive leadership.
You operate as a senior‑leader level of enablement, bringing the judgment, energy, and presence to set a vision, prioritize, balance a massive set of expectations and hold a high bar while still rolling up your sleeves to build.
Qualifications
Required:
7+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, Value Engineering, Product Marketing, or related GTM leadership roles in B2B SaaS; strong preference for cybersecurity or infrastructure experience.
Demonstrated experience building and scaling enablement programs (onboarding, ongoing training, certifications) for technical audiences (SEs, CSMs, partners).
Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer outcomes and value narratives.
Hands‑on familiarity with offensive security / pentesting concepts (attack paths, AD, cloud, identity, vulnerability and exposure management) or strong adjacent experience with the ability to ramp quickly.
Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing on launches and roadmap‑driven enablement.
Strong program management skills: intake and prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder alignment, and metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to both technical practitioners and executives.
Preferred:
Experience designing partner technical accreditation or certification programs.
Experience standing up or contributing to Value Engineering / Deal Strategy functions.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, NIST CSF, PCI, NIS2) and how offensive security maps to controls and evidence.
Prior experience at an early‑stage or high‑growth company where you’ve had to build from scratch and iterate quickly.
