Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your mission
As enterprises prepare for an AI-driven future, the way people design, build, and run business processes is changing. At UiPath, we’re helping shape this future by creating products that are powerful, intuitive, and grounded in real customer needs.
As a Senior Product Designer in UiPath’s Supply Chain & Retail solutions team (formerly Peak AI), you’ll focus on agentic Supply Chain solutions. You’ll shape how customers understand, trust, and adopt agent-driven workflows, translating complex operational reality into clear, dependable experiences that deliver measurable impact.
You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional team with AI/ML experts, Supply Chain subject matter experts, Product and Engineering. You’ll own UX architecture for your solution area and drive design quality from discovery through production, helping define how our agentic solutions behave, stay controllable, and scale in demanding enterprise environments. You’ll also be part of UiPath’s global Product Design community, using modern, AI-forward approaches to explore ideas early and ship high-quality experiences with confidence.
What You’ll Do At UiPath
- Own design direction for your solution area, balancing customer needs, delivery realities, and the product’s longer-term trajectory. Translate intent into clear UX architecture, flows, and patterns.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to clarify user problems and outcomes, explore multiple directions early, and ground decisions in customer evidence and real-world signals.
- Work side by side with Engineering to reduce the gap between design and implementation. Prototype at the right fidelity to de-risk build, and ensure what ships matches the intent.
- Design end-to-end journeys across complex Supply Chain workflows, connecting features into cohesive experiences across the UiPath platform, not isolated screens.
- Design for agentic and data-heavy experiences that users can trust: transparency, control, exceptions, approvals, governance, and safe automation in enterprise environments.
- Validate ideas early and iterate after release, using research, usability testing, and product signals to improve adoption, comprehension, and task success.
- Maintain a high bar for quality, accessibility, and consistency, focusing effort on the moments where thoughtful interaction design and information design differentiate the product.
- Stay curious and forward-looking in your practice, using AI-assisted exploration and rapid prototyping to move faster without sacrificing craft.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- Strong experience designing and shipping B2B/enterprise software, with a portfolio that shows end-to-end work across complex workflows and systems.
- 4+ years of product design experience (or equivalent), with excellent proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
- Experience designing data-rich and/or AI-enabled products, including an understanding of how confidence, uncertainty, and trust shape user experience (nice-to-have, not mandatory).
- A practical, modern approach to design: comfortable using rapid prototyping and AI-assisted exploration alongside more traditional methods to learn quickly.
- Strong product thinking and UX architecture skills. You connect individual decisions to the broader journey, information structure, and user outcomes.
- Comfortable collaborating deeply with Product and Engineering to move from concept to reality, working through constraints and trade-offs.
- Clear communicator and storyteller. You can explain rationale, align stakeholders, and influence decisions through evidence, prototypes, and crisp narratives.
Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
