YOUR MISSION:
We’re hiring a Senior Performance Marketer to scale and optimize our global acquisition engine during a critical phase of rapid growth. This is not a campaign execution role — this is an ownership role.
You will lead full-funnel performance strategy across paid channels, architect experimentation frameworks, and turn intent data into pipeline acceleration (6sense). You are deeply data-driven, exceptionally detail-oriented, and have a proven track record of driving fast, measurable growth in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI environments. You’ll play a key role in transforming performance marketing into a predictable, scalable revenue driver.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Full-Funnel Performance Strategy
- Own global paid acquisition strategy across search, social, display, retargeting, and emerging channels toward ICP accounts
- Drive pipeline growth, not just leads — align performance to revenue and sales outcomes
- Continuously optimize budget allocation based on ROI and pipeline contribution
- Leverage 6sense to drive account-based acquisition, intent-based targeting, and pipeline acceleration
Experimentation & Growth Acceleration
- Design and execute rigorous A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, messaging, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Identify high-leverage growth opportunities and scale what works quickly
- Apply structured experimentation frameworks to unlock step-function growth
- Drive paid channels, including Google ads (search & display), paid social (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta) and more.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Sales, MarOps, Content, and Product Marketing to align targeting with ICP, personas, and vertical strategy
- Influence creative direction with performance insights (e.g., video vs. static, persona-led messaging)
- Act as a strategic thought partner to marketing leadership on growth investments
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 6+ years in performance or growth marketing in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company
- Demonstrated success scaling the pipeline and revenue through paid acquisition
- trong hands-on experience with 6sense (or equivalent intent-based ABM platform)
- Proven track record of managing and scaling six-figure+ monthly budgets efficiently
- Highly data-driven with deep comfort in metrics, modeling, and performance analysis
- Extremely detail-oriented — able to spot inefficiencies others miss
- You should be growth-obsessed and experimentation-led, and comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling processes
- High standards for execution and accountability

OTE Salary Range - $130,000 - $170,000 + Equity
