YOUR MISSION:
As a Regional Vice President Sales, Eastern Europe & Alps, you will be part of the CEE Commercial Leadership team and responsible for the development and business results of a team of quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives in the region.
You and your team will drive revenue growth through both new logo acquisition as well as expansion of our customer base.
This position reports to our AVP Central & Eastern Europe.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives: Foster a culture of high performance, trust, and continuous improvement to consistently exceed revenue quotas. Coach your team to lead with a strong vision-setting, methodology-based selling, and to stay aligned with our customers’ goals and outcomes.
- Own GTM: Take full ownership of the go-to-market strategy and execution for our Eastern Europe region, including market entry planning, segmentation, positioning, and initial customer acquisition. Establish Parloa’s presence in the market and build a scalable foundation for long-term growth.
- Enable multi-stakeholder selling: Guide your team in navigating complex sales cycles involving executives, IT/security, and procurement, in collaboration with our partners.
- Pipeline management: Ensure accurate forecasting and clear visibility on risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Talent development: Hire, onboard, and mentor top talent, fostering professional growth and skill development within your team.
- Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Growth, Partnerships, Solution Engineering, and Customer Engagement ensure strong alignment across the full revenue funnel.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 3+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams outside of the home market, ideally including Eastern Europe or the Alps.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise B2B sales cycles (300k/ARR+).
- A proven track record of developing high-performing teams in similar high-growth, Data, AI, Cloud or SaaS/Tech companies, consistently exceeding ambitious sales goals
- Focus and emphasis in methodology-based sales coaching, MEDDPICC, and a challenger mentality
- Comfortable managing and working with data-enabled: pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and deal health.
- A strong executive presence with top-tier communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with the C-suite.
- Able to balance structure and pragmatism in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
- Excellent German (spoken and written) and great English skills.
