Dataiku is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead strategic services engagements across Southern Europe, primarily supporting Manufacturing & Energy customers.
This role goes beyond project management: you will act as a Deployment Strategist and Value Engineer, owning the customer’s AI deployment roadmap, shaping and prioritising their use case portfolio, aligning executives on KPIs and ROI, and ensuring measurable business impact and scalable adoption.
You will partner closely internally with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers and Data Scientists to create a stable, secure, and scalable Dataiku platform, while accelerating the path from idea to production to replication across several business units.
How You’ll Make an Impact on our customers
1) Program management
- Own end-to-end project management for Dataiku services engagements (initial implementation, use case development, enablement, governance, etc.).
- Run program management for strategic accounts: orchestrate multiple workstreams (platform, governance, enablement, use cases, adoption) with clear milestones and executive-ready reporting.
- Ensure smooth collaboration across Dataiku (AE/CSM/SE/FE/DS/Partners) and customer teams.
- Drive predictable delivery across a complex portfolio, with strong risk anticipation and scope control.
2) Use Case Roadmap
- Drive use case selection and prioritisation using value/feasibility criteria.
- Translate industry value chains (Manufacturing / Energy) into a use-case-driven roadmap (where AI/agents create measurable impact).
- Structure cross-BU replication (templates, standards, reusability, industrialisation path).
3) Value Engineering: quantify value upfront, prove it downstream
- Establish value hypotheses and success metrics early (KPIs, ROI drivers, adoption metrics).
- Track and communicate realised business value over time, ensure learnings feed the roadmap and renewal/expansion narrative.
4) Executive alignment & customer leadership
- Align executive sponsors on goals, trade-offs, and progress; produce crisp, exec-ready updates (SteerCo/QBR/QSR style).
- Become a trusted advisor for sponsors and key stakeholders: manage stakeholder dynamics, push back when needed, and keep scope/value stable despite shifting demands.
- Contribute to services scoping and commercial shaping in the region.
5) Practice Development, Capitalisation & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to our Professional Services practice scale by capturing patterns, improving templates/playbooks, and sharing learnings to accelerate delivery and make it more repeatable over time.
- Identify systemic blockers (TTV, governance, adoption) and help drive reusable fixes.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- 8+ years of experience in analytics/data / AI delivery, consulting, or complex enterprise programs.
- Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives with exec presence and strong written communication.
- Organised, process-oriented, resourceful and highly motivated by a hands-on approach to customer management, routinely interacting with customers and cross-functional teams
- Experience with value frameworks and driving adoption at scale.
- Understanding of deploying analytics/ML/GenAI solutions into real operations (governance, run, scaling patterns).
- Comfortable bridging business + technical teams; able to translate between value chains and platform execution.
- Fluent English and French
Nice to have
- Experience in Manufacturing and/or Energy (operations, supply chain, asset management, forecasting, quality, maintenance, trading/risk, etc.).
- Experience in high-growth SaaS and/or platform deployments.
- Exposure to agentic/LLM use cases and associated governance patterns.
