We are looking for a B2B marketer with a track record of bringing 0-to-1 products to market, developing audience-led strategies and assets, and creating and orchestrating multi-channel, integrated marketing plans. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires demonstrated experience in collaboration and communication, as well as managing multiple concurrent workstreams and thriving amid ambiguity and rapid change.
Marketing Manager, Business AI Responsibilities:
- Lead go-to-market audience and marketing strategy, planning, and execution for Business AI and WhatsApp for Business products—driving awareness, education, adoption, retention, and winback
- Build an understanding of target audiences and translate insights into audience strategies that underpin go-to-market narratives, marketing collateral, and sales enablement content that drive desired actions
- Coordinate and influence a broad cross-functional team (e.g., Growth Marketing, Business Education, Product Marketing, Web, International Marketing, Sales, Communications, Insights, Data Science) to deliver integrated marketing plans aligned with key stakeholders, including Marketing and Product leadership, and ensure seamless execution
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to stay abreast of product plans and translate new developments or changes into clear actions for marketing plans
- Define marketing key performance indicators and measurement plans
- regularly report on marketing performance and contribution to product goals
- Establish learning agendas, synthesize results and insights, and iterate plans to incorporate learnings and optimizations
- Define and drive marketing rhythm-of-business to ensure smooth processes and timely escalation paths for plan alignment, creative reviews, performance reporting, and more
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing and/or product marketing roles
- Go-to-market experience with 0-to-1 products
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration across a broad range of functions, including Product, Marketing, Communications, Insights, and Data Science, in a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated experience with executive leadership communications and presentations
- Demonstrated executive presence across different settings
- Demonstrated understanding of B2B program measurement and reporting
- Demonstrated AI-native approach to work
- Proven organizational and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree
- Go-to-market experience with GenAI products
- Demonstrated experience working with international and regional cross-functional teams
