The Role
SuperAnnotate is looking for Workforce Experience Support Agents to join our growing team in Dhaka. This role is part of the Workforce Experience team, which focuses on supporting our global contractor workforce.
As a Workforce Experience Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting contractors with onboarding, payments, and platform-related issues through Zendesk. You will perform basic SaaS troubleshooting, resolve common issues, and escalate more complex technical problems to the engineering team.This is a junior-level role ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of customer support or technical support experience who enjoy problem-solving and helping users succeed.
What You Will Do
- Respond to contractor support tickets through Zendesk
- Assist contractors with onboarding-related questions and issues
- Help resolve payment inquiries and contractor account issues
- Troubleshoot basic platform and SaaS-related problems
- Guide users through platform workflows and common fixes
- Escalate technical issues to engineering or relevant internal teams
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions clearly in tickets
- Ensure timely responses and maintain high-quality support standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the contractor support experience
What You Will Bring
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, technical support, or help desk roles
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience working with ticketing systems (Zendesk or similar)
- Basic understanding of SaaS troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze problems and guide users through solutions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple support tickets efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment
Strong Plus
- Experience supporting platform users or contractors
- Familiarity with AI platforms, data annotation tools, or marketplaces
- Experience working with global users across different time zones
