About the role:
As a Senior Product Trainer, you will lead the charge in developing and delivering impactful enablement curricula and workshop programs for our cutting-edge SaaS platform. Based in our Berlin office, you’ll work closely with our product teams, expert internal implementers and commercial teams to ensure all stakeholders understand and maximize the platform’s potential.
This role is perfect for an experienced professional who thrives in a startup environment, is comfortable at designing, delivering and managing enablement programs, excels at creating training from the ground up, and is adept at bridging global teams with local execution.
Areas of ownership:
- Build and deliver engaging enablement programs for internal teams, customers, and partners, both in-person and virtually.
- Tailor content to suit diverse skill levels and user needs.
- Partner with the US team to align global training initiatives with local execution.
- Stay on top of product updates and trends, ensuring up-to-date training content.
- Run internal enablement training programs.
- Serve as a product expert for internal and external stakeholders.
- Test new features and gather user insights to enhance training and inform product improvements.
- Implement knowledge checks to measure program effectiveness.
Who you are:
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS training, with a proven ability to build programs from scratch.
- Strong presentation skills, with experience training diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Comfort working independently in a satellite role while collaborating with global teams.
- Comfort occasionally delivering workshops across time zones.
- Enthusiasm for technology and web-based platforms.
