As a QA Architect at Findem, you will have the opportunity to support and help launch new features across multiple teams. You will be responsible for developing and documenting strategies for testing, executing the strategies, and implementing automation. This role will also help shape best practices across the company and be an advocate for quality assurance in development. As a QA Architect, you will play a key role in shaping our products from the early stages of development. You will be expected to become a domain expert and work closely with both product and engineering teams. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for ensuring quality to be able to provide clear and concise feedback to our teams.
Here's What You Will Be Doing
- This is an senior individual contributor role who is responsible for both manual and automation testing
- Building deep product understanding, domain expertise and utilising it will validating the requirements
- Candidates must have some good experience in startup companies
- Minimum 8 years of QA experience
- Good expertise on developing and scaling automation framework
- Good experience in working on databases like Mongo and expertise to write queries
- Excellent communication skills to perform Quality Assurance duties between multiple teams across timezones
- Drive the implementation of test frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and test coverage
- Establish and enhance QA processes, standards, and methodologies to meet industry best practices and compliance requirements
Must have requirements
- Test planning, test design, test development, test execution and automation
- Ensuring a robust test coverage for the requirements that comes to QA
- Good understanding of SDLC life cycle, experience of working in agile environment and used some ticketing systems like JIRA
- Programming expertise in Java and Python
- Working experience in Linux
- Frameworks: REST Assured, Maven, TestNG
- Tools: Selenium/Cypress, Playwright
- Databases: NoSQL(MongoDB)
- Based out of our Bangalore/ Chennai office in a Hybrid model
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
- Bug tracking reporting, reviewing and analysing test results- Ensuring timely detection, prioritisation, and resolution of defects, with a focus on impact assessment and early resolution
- Excellent knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, Git
- Should be open with teams across timezones(NOT referring to any kind of shifts)

- Experience in performing testing using tools like Jmeter/Gatling
- Bitbucket, SourceTree, Postman
- Used JIRA for ticket tracking and bug management
