About the role
As the Head of Enterprise Sales (UK) at Anthropic, you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for our AI products, including Claude, in the UK market. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team in London to drive the adoption of safe and transformative AI solutions across UK enterprise customers. This is an opportunity to shape how frontier AI technology is rolled out and adapted for the needs of the UK market.
You will develop strong partnerships with key partners like AWS, collaborate closely with Product on localizing for UK market needs, and work cross-functionally to align with HQ on global strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep experience driving revenue growth from enterprise software/SaaS in the UK, ideally with exposure to AI/ML technologies. This role provides a unique opportunity to help shape Anthropic's expansion in the UK as we pursue our mission to ensure advanced AI systems are built reliably and beneficially. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the UK go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth
- Build a high-performing enterprise sales team in London
- Strengthen partnerships with key partners to accelerate adoption in the UK
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to adapt offerings for the UK
- Analyze UK market trends and dynamics to continually refine GTM approach
- Provide leadership and coaching to the UK sales team
- Communicate UK market priorities and resourcing needs to HQ leadership
- Foster collaboration with global teams to ensure strategic alignment
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in the UK market
- Proven track record of building teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Deep expertise in enterprise software/SaaS sales, ideally with exposure to AI/ML
- Strategic mindset combined with ability to rapidly operationalize insights
- Adept at navigating complex organizations to drive alignment and results
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for bringing transformative technologies to the UK market responsibly
