Role
We are looking for a VP of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts as we scale our business and increase our market presence. In this role, you will shape the company's brand, drive demand generation, and support revenue growth through targeted marketing strategies. You will be instrumental in positioning SuperAnnotate as a market leader in AI data solutions.
Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals.
Your Day
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.
- Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key enterprise accounts.
- Lead product marketing efforts, working closely with the Product and Sales team on go-to-market strategies and creating sales enablement materials.
- Oversee demand generation activities, including digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and events to drive leads and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure marketing efforts support revenue growth and customer acquisition goals.
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and maximize return on investment (ROI).
What Is Needed To Get Started
- A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in the technology sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling marketing teams in a high-growth, startup environment.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software marketing, particularly in AI, cloud computing, and data sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a technical background is a plus.

- Strong storytelling, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
