Your Mission
UiPath are excited to be expanding our People Services team and we are currently looking to bring in a new
Contingent Workforce Associate to support our global Contingent Workforce management processes. The contingent workforce team partners with stakeholders throughout the organization and the internal HR team to seek out opportunities to build, improve, and align processes and policies that enable a consistent and efficient experience for our contingent workforce.
To be successful, you shall bring a deeply analytical and process-oriented mindset. This position requires attention to details, good organizational and communication skills.
The role will support the global People Services Contingent Workforce Management team with the objective of efficiently and successfully building the teams of UiPath while partnering with the business on their current & future needs. The role assists with first-level Contingent Workforce Management support with a focus on exceptional employee experience.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Ensure effective execution of global and regional contingent management processes
- Work closely with HR team members to ensure seamless coordination between different functions
- Help with background check activity
- Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to update candidate records and generate reports
- Sourcing, attracting, and managing a pool of contingent workers to meet the dynamic staffing needs of our organization
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, both internally (with recruiters and managers) and externally (with our candidates)
- Perform administrative duties as required to support the Candidate Experience and Recruiting team
- Ad hoc tasks and reporting
- Performs other activities according to the direct manager's instructions.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
- Ideally, at least 1 year experience in contingent workforce management
- High-energy and articulate with a customer-service mindset
- Learn quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Ability to create and sustain productive relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Strong team player who loves to bring new ideas to the table
- Experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook or PC-based calendar/meeting applications.
