Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses have had a good response from the public, and we are growing the team as we look to accelerate growth – and plan for an expanded portfolio of products in the future. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support the go-to-market of our future AI Glasses products. This role will be embedded with our go-to-market and product teams and will represent the perspective of the market and the consumer within product development to ensure we are making the best decisions to drive adoption, value for customers, and business growth. As part of the Go-to-Market PMM Team, you’ll be working to unlock the next phase of wearables technology adoption worldwide.
Product Marketing Manager, Wearables Responsibilities:
- Partner with product teams to inform the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for new products
- Input into product positioning, naming, audience definition and sizing for future Device programs
- Support market assessment and sizing through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the consumer point of view internally with Product Management and cross-functional teams in the prioritization, design and development of devices and experiences
- Support the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy across the organization that is grounded in user insights and market dynamics
- Support the go-to-market cross-functional teams toward execution and launch of the go-to-market strategy through end-of-life. Be the single point of contact for communicating GTM updates, schedules, and reviews with cross functional leadership
- Develop and maintain comprehensive launch plans that outline objectives, key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs and ensure timely completion of go-to-market phases
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field
- Combination of strategic experiences and hands-on tactical execution
- Experience with consumer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy
- Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Experience in product marketing, developing go-to-market strategies and partnering closely with product teams
- Experience in consumer tech hardware and/or software for hardware products
- Experience in CPG, glasses, or optical category
