We are looking for an exceptional Workplace Coordinator to join our team at our New York office as a part-time employee (20 hours per week). Your role is to create and maintain a first-class work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. The ideal candidate is friendly, fun, flexible, and has an energetic and infectious personality with excellent customer service skills. You have strong attention to detail, always ready and willing to help out.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain a welcoming office environment that is comfortable, professional, and fun
- Manage inventory of office supplies, purchasing and restocking office supplies and equipment
- Organize and maintain kitchen area, including ordering of snacks and drinks to keep the kitchen stocked for employees
- Manage employee lunch program, if needed
- Monitor office for cleanliness and assist in cleaning; coordinate with janitorial staff
- Coordinate, plan, and set up in-office events such as happy hours, holiday activities, and internal events
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Point of contact for property manager and employee needs

This United States-based role requires an onsite workplace arrangement at our New York office.
The estimated hourly rate for this part-time position (20 hours per week) is between $41.00 and $48.00 USD. Our recruiting team will provide a specific hourly rate range based on years of experience.
