CoreWeave is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to join our growing team. At CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. This role will support 2-3 members of our senior executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, experienced assistant or project manager with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple time zones;
- Manage travel and expense report coordination & submission;
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events);
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items;
- Work closely with the leadership team to provide support to the organization, and with other executive assistants on collaborative C-suite projects; and
- Document writing & editing
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience providing executive support assistance at sr. executive level
- Project management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Google Calendar
- Experience with event planning
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes
- High levels of integrity and discretion
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision, coordinating with staff across multiple locations and time zones.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,000-$150,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
