Your Mission
UiPath Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our
Process Mining and Task Mining teams, part of the rapidly growing AI & Research group. This role focuses on designing and implementing advanced machine learning solutions to power features such as
anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and actionable insights for business process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and software engineering, with a passion for tackling complex challenges in an innovative and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and infrastructure to address key challenges in process and task mining, including anomaly detection, event prediction, and pattern recognition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to define and deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions tailored to process automation needs.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
- Build scalable systems that handle high-volume data pipelines in cloud environments to support real-time and batch processing for mining solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and research in machine learning, particularly in areas relevant to process mining, task mining, anomaly detection, and forecasting.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure the systems adhere to security, privacy, and compliance requirements while maintaining top-notch performance.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience , including large-scale distributed systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning , with expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and libraries like Pandas, NumPy.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with experience in building cloud-based machine learning solutions.
- Familiarity with anomaly detection techniques, predictive modeling, and statistical methods.
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles, including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and retraining.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Experience in process mining or task mining domains is a plus.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $162,400 and $243,550. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
