Your Mission
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the International (EMEA/APJ) Partner Vice President. You will report to the Regional President. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of partner & ecosystems for the region. You will be the end-to-end leader and will manage a team focused on creating a thriving channel & ecosystem that delivers strong incremental ARR growth and drives consumption and adoption of the UiPath Automation Platform. You will ensure the partner strategy is aligned and harmonized with the overall region strategy for optimum outcomes.
What You'll Do At UiPath
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the singular owner for Partner and Ecosystems within the region
- Create a differentiated and effective partnering strategy for each key market.
- Design the overall partner capacity and coverage plan for all markets, ensuring strategic alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Drive the attainment of key partner scorecard metrics, including Gross iARR, Net New Logos, Technical Capacity, and other relevant performance indicators.
- Foster strong co-sell engagement between UiPath Enterprise and Emerging Enterprise field sellers and partner organizations.
- Lead the development and review of partner business plans, providing ongoing support and inspection of performance against individual partner goals.
- Ensure optimized performance of sell-thru activity driven through distribution, enabling the channel to reach scale effectively.
- Drive the identification and onboarding of partners to fill gaps in market, industry, and advanced solution area coverage.
- Identify, recruit, develop & drive partners along the various partnering streams (Service partners, VAR’s, Distributors, Technical Partners, MSP & BPO partners…)
- Develop and execute the partner enablement agenda, ensuring sufficient technical delivery and sales capacity to exceed goals.
- Act as the chief evangelist for channel engagement and recruitment, inspiring the best partners to join the UiPath ecosystem and work closely with our field teams.
- Support the International Leadership Team on market development, strategic alignment of the channel to local priorities, and the overall attainment of goals.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Computer Science. An MBA is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Leadership, Channel Sales, or a Technology Services-based company.
- Proven experience in establishing and driving channel sales strategy, with a strong track record of revenue production and successful recruitment programs.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for driving results.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Flexibility to travel as required for business purposes.
