As a member of the International Channel & Alliance team, you will have a dynamic role that involves executing the team's strategy and focusing on key priorities. What You'll Do At UiPath
- Act as a strategic advisor to the VP Channel & Alliance in the international market, ensuring successful achievement of goals and effective communication of priorities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external communications.
- Improve internal business operations.
- Collaborate with internal team members to prepare briefing materials for leaders.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the International VP Channel & Alliances.
- Collaborate with the executive team to meet departmental objectives.
- Represent the Channel & Alliance team in cross-departmental matters, including Sales, Presales, Finance, and People Operations.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 5+ years’ experience in management consulting, program and project management, corporate strategy, or similar; as well as extensive exposure to Go-To-Market teams
- Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability in working with global teams across multiple time zones
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written; demonstrates the ability to communicate to broad audiences
- The ability to summarize and present complex topics effectively to a wide audience, particularly audiences unfamiliar with the nuances of the Channel & Alliances team
- Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects
- Entrepreneurial with a growth mindset and strategic/critical thinking skills
- Very organized and delightful attention to detail
- High sense of urgency and can prioritize workload to deliver quality and timely work
- No task is too small; is a team player who is a natural collaborator
