Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Representative, Inbound (BDR) to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, this role is essential in bridging the gap between inbound lead generation and sales execution. The BDR will be responsible for promptly engaging inbound leads, qualifying them as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and scheduling meetings with Partner Managers (Account Executives) for further discussions. Your contributions will play a key role in expanding the sales pipeline and driving business growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, or a similar role.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Analytical skills for interpreting lead behavior and campaign performance.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Speed and responsiveness to inbound leads.
Number and quality of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Meetings scheduled and completed with Partner Managers.
Conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
