YOUR MISSION:
As a Lead Agent Integration Engineer (f/m/d), you will drive architectural excellence, lead critical engineering initiatives, and enhance the scalability and security of our Agent Integration Engineering (AIE) ecosystem. You will play a key role in mentoring and coaching engineers while shaping the future of our platform through innovation and best practices.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Lead infrastructure improvements and optimize engineering architecture
- Develop new features and functionality for a scalable and robust AIE ecosystem
- Align with Engineering Leads across departments on key migrations and security initiatives
- Drive tech debt reduction and enforce engineering best practices in testing, monitoring, and observability
- Act as a mentor and coach, supporting the growth of less experienced engineers
- Conduct pair programming and code reviews to maintain technical excellence
- Establish and maintain clear architectural documentation and guidelines
- Facilitate the productization of existing workarounds to enhance the AIE ecosystem

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on architecture and infrastructure
- Expert-level proficiency in Terraform & Infrastructure-as-Code
- Strong experience with Azure services, cloud deployment, and infrastructure management
- Advanced TypeScript and API design expertise, including versioning and security best practices
- Proven track record of leading engineering initiatives and mentoring teams
