As this role will be working directly with our UK Defence clients, you will need to be eligible for UK SC clearance and willing to work up to three days per week on site with these customers, which may require travel to locations outside of our London base. The minimum requirement for SC clearance is 5 years continuous residence in the UK up to the present.

To meet this demand and maintain our high standards of delivery, we need a skilled Delivery Manager to own end-to-end project delivery, build strong customer relationships, and help us scale our business. This role is crucial for ensuring our projects are successful and for identifying new opportunities that contribute directly to the company's growth.
The role:
We are looking for an exceptional Delivery Manager to join our Defence team.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI projects for our UK Defence customers, ensuring successful outcomes, building strong relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients while collaborating with technical teams to apply AI to solve complex, real-world problems.
What you’ll be doing:
Owning the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initial planning to final implementation.
Working side-by-side with Defence stakeholders to understand mission challenges and user needs;
Managing project development and ensuring a delivery approach that provides maximum value to the customer.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborating with technical teams and customers to design innovative solutions that solve their business problems.
Identifying new commercial opportunities and contributing to new business pitches and proposals.
Developing and mentoring your peers, and proactively taking a role in building good processes and practices.
What we’re looking for:
You have previous experience in professional services, ideally from a consulting, technology, or data background.
You take responsibility for the successful delivery of your projects, producing high-quality written deliverables and reports.
You have exposure to managing senior stakeholders and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
You are exposed to working with technical teams and have experience delivering technical projects, ideally in AI.
You are a practical problem-solver with a self-starter mentality, capable of identifying what needs to be done and implementing solutions proactively.
