Sr Manager, Field and Events Marketing
Together AI is a frontier AI cloud, which has been built bottoms up to cater to the demand for the new generation of AI applications and agents. The company has seen tremendous growth with 20X customer growth and 6X ARR growth over the last year.
As we continue to drive product innovation, we are also investing deeply in our GTM. This new role will lead field and events marketing at Together AI, building and executing our global events strategy. The work will include creating the events strategy including defining a slate of 3P events that we should consider sponsoring, strategizing and executing our 1P events and being accountable for budget and ROI across all our events. The person will also be responsible for building and managing a high performing events team. This role will report into the head of marketing and will have the opportunity to own and independently build the events marketing function at one of the most innovative companies at the forefront of AI.
Responsibilities
- Own event strategy for Together AI, across 1P and 3P sponsored events
- Coordinate across sales and marketing teams to ensure great experience and a good volume of customer meetings at these events
- Scale events to deliver pipeline numbers associated with events
- Manage a high performing team of field and event marketing managers
- Own the budget for events
- Foster a culture to experimentation to try new ideas that can help us scale further at the right ROI*
Requirements
- 3+ years as a team leader, managing full time employees
- 10+ years in event and/ or field marketing experience
- Proven track record in creating and delivering 1P events, as well as delivering 3P sponsored events
- Experience working at scale globally across both US, Europe and APJ
- Experience managing budgets for events
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting

Compensation
We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $200-240K + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. This is a hybrid role based in the Bay Area.
